1. Q : How much are the prices of BiteMe rainbow cakes? What flavor and sizes do you have?
A : For detailed informations on our prices, flavors and sizes, please kindly refer to the tab 'PRICE LIST'.
2. Q : How do I place my orders?
A : It is best that all orders and payment be made at least 3 days (for regular rainbow cakes) or 1 week (for custom rainbow cakes prior to the delivery date. For detailed information on how to place your orders, please kindly refer to the tab 'ORDER'.
3. Q : Do you have a shop or do you only sell online?
A : For the time being, BiteMe rainbow did not have a shop or an outlet yet. Therefore, all orders can be made through BBM, Facebook, SMS or our Twitter page at @biteme_rainbow. But who knows, hopefully soon! :p
4. Q : Can we pick-up the rainbow cake ourselves?
A : Yes, you can. Picking up your cake has its own perks, you can have your cake according to your own time and you dont have to pay for the delivery charge :). Pick-up hours are from 10am - 8pm. Please contact us for the pick-up address.
5. Q : Are the colors used for your rainbow cake safe?
A : We at BiteMe rainbow, only use quality ingredients to make our cakes. Hence, we can assure you that we use 100% safe FOOD coloring that are certified by BP POM.
6. Q : Are your products HALAL?
A : YES. Definitely. All our products are HALAL.
